Every Thursday evening, Carmen transforms our local community center into a culinary fiesta! Her 'Spice It Up' cooking classes are the perfect blend of technique and passion. As a culinary graduate with Latin American roots, Carmen brings authentic flavors to life while making the experience accessible for beginners like me. The intimate class size (maximum 8 people) ensures personalized attention.
